Mariam Porras (1985), restless by nature, discovers her passion for cooking more than 15 thousand kilometers from Murcia, in Australia, where she went to study her profession as a surveyor and came across a reality that changes her life forever: a endless techniques and flavors from around the world, which immerse you fully in the kitchen to unleash your most personal and daring side.

10 years later, with experience and self-assurance, Mariam works daily to delight the diner at her Deskaro Restaurant, seeking to surprise and improve the technique as well as the result of flavors fused between West and East.

Deskaro Restaurant gives intentions and details to everyone who tries it and the most charged feeling of our hostess is the natural experience of everything that makes up entering the bare lands of her restaurant.

Diego López (1982) was born in Murcia and from the early age of 13 he had the entrepreneurial spirit very closely. His grandparents ran the town kiosk and tobacconist and his father was a very professional salesperson; the path to leadership was already in sight from that childhood.

The courses and experiences working with bartenders all over the world add to the ironclad self-taught person who has always sought knowledge on his own. The dream of running his own business was already a part of his personality.

.

He is currently expanding his knowledge as a sommelier in "Masters of wine" and building day after day one of his greatest dreams and most powerful companies: producing transcendence in pairings with top quality products, the presence of the Mediterranean Sea and the best wines with absorbing flavors with a millimeter delicacy.
